DR. TZIONA WYNER
DPT | PELVIC FLOOR SPECIALIST
Tziona Wyner earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2014 and began her career in outpatient orthopedics. In 2016, she took her first pelvic health course through Herman & Wallace, sparking a deep interest in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy. Recognizing the strong connection between orthopedics and pelvic health, she has continued to integrate both fields in her clinical work.
Her most recent and influential continuing education has been Diane Lee’s Integrative Systems Model. This approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of the body, exploring how dysfunctions in other areas—such as the thorax, abdomen, or hips—can impact pelvic floor function. This whole-body lens has allowed her to effectively treat complex cases that haven’t responded to traditional pelvic floor therapy.
In 2023, Tziona founded Empowered PT, a private practice in Woodmere, NY, where she continues to support women with compassionate, individualized care.
